12/365: Perfect Blue by Satoshi Kon

I haven’t seen all of Satoshi Kon’s work so I decided I might as well watch them all this week! This film inspired Darren Aronofsky’s work to the point where he pretty much RIPPED IT OFF. A very mature animated film.


The important thing is moral choice. Evil has to exist along with good, in order that moral choice may operate. Life is sustained by the grinding opposition of moral entities.
